Arnica montana 3C HPUS -- Relieves trauma & muscle soreness Benzoicum acidum 6C HPUS -- Relieves pain in the wrists Bryona alba 6C HPUS -- Relieves muscle and joint pain Dulcamara 6C HPUS -- Relieves joint pain triggered and worsened by damp weather Pulsatilla 3C HPUS -- Relieves finger and joint pain worsened by heat and slow motion Chamomilla 12C HPUS -- Relieves neuralgic pain Kali iodatum 12C HPUS -- Relieves joint pain worsened at night Rhododendron chrysanthum 12C HPUS -- Relieves rheumatic pains Rhus toxicodendron 6C HPUS -- Relieves joint pains worsened by rest and humidity
Inactive Ingredients:
lactose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate

Directions:
Adults and children 12 years of age and older: At the onset of symptoms, take 2 tablets and repeat if needed every 15 minutes for 3 more doses. Allow the tablets to dissolve in the mouth.
